Barry Walters is vice president, MRO sales. In this role, he leads a team of customer administrators, customer service representatives and sales professionals, enhancing existing customer relationships and pursuing new opportunities to grow this important business unit. Walters also promotes NORDAM repair products and services; supports internal engineering and production teams by relaying technical information required to meet contract requirements and customer expectations; and contributes to long-range strategy planning.

He joined the NORDAM Repair team in 1998 as a customer administrator for key airline customers, quickly transitioning into regional sales management for the Transparency segment within the Manufacturing group. He later returned to Repair, taking on oversight of the company’s FedEx Express relationship as global account manager for the company’s largest worldwide account, a responsibility he retains today. In 2010, he was named director of strategic accounts, then director of operations in 2013. His past contributions also include performing as vice president of sales for NORDAM subsidiary PartPilot.

Walters holds a bachelor’s in psychology, with a double minor in business management and industrial technology supervision, from Northeastern State University at Tahlequah, Oklahoma.
