Mariya Saleh is an experienced public health professional with a focus on family planning, maternal, and reproductive health. Currently serving as Chief of Party for FHM-Engage and Technical Director for RMNCH at Chemonics International since January 2020, Mariya also leads the Public Health Thematic area at the Nigerian Economic Summit Group. Prior positions include Deputy Chief of Party for the Integrated Health Program at Palladium and Associate Director of RMNCH at FHI 360, where extensive advocacy and resource mobilization efforts were undertaken. With educational qualifications including a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery from Ahmadu Bello University and a Master of Science in Reproductive and Sexual Health Research from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, Mariya has developed and implemented numerous reproductive health strategies, built field program capacities, and contributed to operations research in the sector.
