Sherma Jennings, MCMI, currently serves as an IT Project Manager, Engagement Support Officer, and Program Support Assistant at NHS Confederation since July 2019. Previous experience includes roles as Reception Administration at Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust from February 2015 to July 2019, and Business Administration Apprentice at the same institution from March 2014 to November 2014. A diverse background also includes teaching and administrative roles within the Turks and Caicos Islands Government from August 2004 to August 2013, as well as serving as a Bank Teller at CIBC FirstCaribbean International Bank in early 2004. Academic qualifications comprise a CIPD Level 5 in People Management from Avado, a Bachelor of Arts (Hons.) in Contemporary & Professional Studies from the University of Leeds, Management Coaching & Mentoring from the Chartered Management Institute, and a Certificate in Early Childhood Education from The University of the West Indies.
