Jocelyn Cruz, MA, QMHP, SPC, is a professional with extensive experience in mental health and information technology. Currently serving as a Student Recruitment and Retention Specialist at The Next Step Public Charter School and a Mental Health Therapist at Reignite Psychological & Consulting Services, LLC, Jocelyn has also held positions as an Information Technology Specialist with the US Army and as a Mental Health Counselor/Intern at the Latin American Youth Center. Prior to these roles, experience includes working as a Registered Behavior Technician at Applied Behavioral Mental Health Counseling, P.C., a Psychiatric Rehabilitation Provider at Mettle Works, LLC, and a mental health counselor with the Developmental Disabilities Administration. Jocelyn's educational background includes a Master's degree in Forensic Psychology from The Chicago School and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Marymount University, alongside a high school diploma from Columbia Heights Educational Campus.
