Adam Flint is an experienced restaurant manager currently working at The Newt in Somerset since May 2021, where previous roles included Assistant Restaurant Manager and Team Leader. Prior to this, Adam Flint held various managerial positions at Hall & Woodhouse from July 2011 to May 2021, contributing to the opening of a flagship site in Swindon and managing larger operations. Adam Flint's career began with part-time roles as a waiter and bar team member while pursuing education at Avon Valley College, where A-Levels and GCSEs were completed. Currently, Adam Flint is furthering professional development through a Talent Development Programme at Cranfield School of Management.
