Morgan Williams has over 10 years of experience in Human Resources and related roles. In 2021, Morgan began as the Head of People & Culture at The Newsette, where they selected the HR tech stack, implemented PEO and HR policies, and set up metrics as the first HR employee. In 2022, Morgan joined Chief as a Member and in 2023, they began as a Startup Mentor at Newchip Accelerator. From 2018 to 2021, Morgan was the Founder and HR Consultant at MW HR Consulting, providing human capital guidance and advice to multiple clients. In 2020, Morgan became the Human Resources Manager at Casper, directing a best-in-class employee lifecycle in collaboration with various departments. From 2018 to 2020, Morgan worked as a People Consultant (Contractor) at EY, contributing to the employee development lifecycle. From 2016 to 2018, Morgan was the Manager of Associate & Labor Relations at Macy's, leading process improvement initiatives and formulating and maintaining standard/ad-hoc reports. From 2015 to 2016, Morgan was the Labor Relations Specialist at the United States Postal Service, governing terms and conditions of employment for craft workers. From 2013 to 2015, Morgan was the Talent Acquisition Consultant (University) at Hewlett-Packard, performing sourcing, interviewing/creating diverse candidate pipelines, and facilitating high-volume multi-function business needs. From 2011 to 2013, Morgan was the Mediation Coordinator at Nationstar Mortgage, conducting training for newly hired document control specialists and organizing schedules to support attorneys, paralegals, and mediation specialists.

Morgan Williams obtained a Master of Arts in Dispute Resolution & Conflict Management from Southern Methodist University between 2012 and 2013. Prior to this, Morgan earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of North Texas between 2008 and 2010. Morgan also holds certifications as a Family Mediator, Labor Relations Dispute Resolution Specialist, Labor Relations Specialist, Mediator, Step B Manager of Labor Relations, and various technical skills.
