Theo Mota is an experienced marketing and operations professional currently serving as Diretor de Marketing and Chief Operating Officer at Waffle since April 2022. Prior to this, Theo held the position of COO at The News | Mais Inteligente em 5 Minutos from October 2021 to October 2023 and worked as an Analista de Dados. Additionally, Theo was a Redator at The Bizness from October 2021 to April 2022 and co-founded CTO Talks, where the role spanned from October 2020 to September 2021. Theo's involvement in the Ibmec Finance Society as a member and Diretor de Conteúdo lasted from August 2019 to December 2020. Theo is currently pursuing education at Link School, expected to graduate in June 2024.
