Prior roles include reporting for prestigious outlets such as The Washington Post, Miami Herald, and Detroit Free Press, showcasing notable coverage of events like the Maryland women’s basketball team and state championship games. Alex's career also includes providing game coverage for high school football at Naples Daily News and serving in various roles for Southwest Florida Game of the Week, Inc. Alex holds a degree from Florida Gulf Coast University, obtained between 2018 and 2021.
