Robert Rouleau is an accomplished hotel and food and beverage professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Hotel Manager and Director of Food and Beverage at The Newbury Boston since February 2021, Robert previously held various leadership roles at The Beverly Hills Hotel from November 2009 to February 2021, including Director of Food and Beverage and Director of Restaurants. Early career experience includes positions as Bar Manager at Cohn Restaurant Group's The Indigo Grill and various roles at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, where Robert contributed to food and beverage operations. Robert holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Westfield State University.
