Paul Fitzpatrick is an experienced investment professional currently serving as an Investment Officer at the NYS Teachers' Retirement System since March 2020. Prior to this role, Paul held the position of Vice President, Sell Side Services at BNY ConvergEx Group from December 2002 to August 2015, where responsibilities included overseeing alternative trading systems and managing client communications regarding complex trading behaviors. Earlier in Paul’s career, the role of Trade Desk Supervisor at TD Waterhouse involved processing and approving various types of financial orders and allocating block trades for institutional clients. Paul earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Manhattan University between 1989 and 1995.
