Thomas Halloran is an experienced executive in the healthcare and consulting sectors, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Fidelis Care in New York since June 2017. Prior to this role, Thomas held the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Fidelis Care from October 2007 to June 2017. Thomas has a robust background in financial leadership, having served as Chief Financial Officer at Fidelis Care and managing director at Huron Consulting Group. Earlier in Thomas's career, a long tenure as a partner at Arthur Andersen provided extensive experience in financial consulting and management. Thomas graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Iona University in 1987.
