Neeraj Gupta currently serves as an Area Chef at Kagome Foods India since January 2024. Previously, Neeraj held the position of Application Chef at The New Shop from February 2022 to May 2024, focusing on vendor management, new product development, training, standard recipe creation, menu development, and team management. Neeraj has also worked as a Unit Chef (Junior Sous Chef) at Fortis Healthcare from June 2019 to May 2020, and as a Demi Chef de Partie at Sky Gourmet from December 2014 to May 2019. Neeraj began a career at Nirula's Corner House Pvt. Ltd, starting as a Kitchen Management Trainee and later being promoted to DCDP between July 2013 and September 2014. Neeraj earned a B.Sc. in Hotel Management and Catering Technology from BCIHMCT, following education at the Central Board of Secondary Education from July 2009 to June 2013.
