Holding previous executive roles at major corporations such as Vice President of Global Dairy at PepsiCo and President of various divisions at Danone, Kim Small has successfully led initiatives that resulted in substantial business growth and development across multiple sectors. An accomplished musician with a background in orchestral performance, Kim Small holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, a Master's degree from The Juilliard School, and a BA from Barnard College.
