Thiemo van Rossum is an accomplished founder with extensive experience in various sectors, including data-driven storytelling and recruitment. Since January 2013, Thiemo has led Walt Wonder Schmidt, a data-driven storytelling agency. Additionally, Thiemo founded The New Crew in April 2005, providing recruitment and project development services across the Netherlands in sectors such as healthcare, education, and government. From October 2015, Thiemo has organized innovative company visits for school leaders in collaboration with School aan Zet and other platforms. Thiemo contributed to the tech start-up FRISSR from July 2016 to September 2018 as a co-owner, focusing on its growth and acceleration. Prior roles include serving as an expert in secondary education and a partner in recruitment, alongside interim and part-time positions in other organizations. Thiemo holds a Master of Science in Business Economics from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and completed VWO at Da Vinci.
