Shannon Cook is an experienced Event Manager with a proven track record in the events industry. Currently serving as an Event Manager at The NEC in Birmingham since February 2021, Shannon previously held various roles at The ICC Birmingham, including Event Manager, Assistant Event Manager, and Sales Coordinator from November 2014 to February 2021. Initially starting as a Casual Host at The ICC, Shannon developed important skills in client interaction and event management, which facilitated a transition to supporting account managers and handling bookings and inquiries in subsequent roles.
