Chelsea Adelmann is a seasoned professional in gift planning and fundraising operations, currently serving as Manager of Gift Planning & Foundations Operations at The Navigators since September 2018. Chelsea has advanced through roles such as Gift Planning Specialist and Support Specialist, overseeing teams, improving processes, and managing donor relationships across the Western United States. With a background in mission trip coordination and support services for various organizations, Chelsea possesses a diverse skill set in communication, leadership, and strategic relationship building. Chelsea holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational and Strategic Communication and Psychology from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health at Denver Seminary.
