Eric Beatty began their work experience as a Marketing Assistant at The University of Southern Mississippi in August 2016 and ended in June 2018. Eric then worked as a Marketing Assistant at Vanderbilt University from August 2018 to June 2019. In September 2019, Beatty became an Assistant Director of Marketing at the Naval Academy Athletic Association, a role they held until January 2022. Eric then transitioned to the position of Director of Marketing at the same company, where they managed various marketing tasks for Navy men's basketball, baseball, and women's soccer. Beatty oversaw suite operations and hospitality and managed the social media strategy for Navy Athletics. Eric also supervised the student internship program and was responsible for creating and publishing content on social media channels. Additionally, Beatty worked on promoting merchandise sales and implementing new promotions to enhance the game day atmosphere.
Eric Beatty has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management and Marketing from Western Michigan University - Haworth College of Business, which they obtained from 2012 to 2016. Eric then went on to pursue a Masters in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management at The University of Southern Mississippi from 2016 to 2018.
