Badri Tetemadze is a seasoned maritime professional with extensive experience in ship handling, navigation, crew management, security, and safety, currently serving as a Master Mariner at Columbia Shipmanagement since December 2002. Tetemadze holds the title of Associate Fellow at the Nautical Institute and is an individual member of the International Federation of Shipmasters' Associations since September 2021. Additionally, as a Research Assistant at the World Maritime University, Tetemadze supports data collection and processing efforts. Previously, Tetemadze led the Flag State Implementation division within the Maritime Transport Agency of Georgia from 2011 to 2013. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Maritime Safety and Environment Administration from the World Maritime University and a Master of Science in Marine Engineering from Batumi State Maritime Academy.
