Ajay Varma is a seasoned professional in maritime training and audit, currently serving as a Short Courses Trainer at The Nautical Institute since August 2022. Prior experience includes founding and leading NavSafe Quality Consultants from November 2020 to December 2022, and over 15 years with "K" line (Kawasaki Kisen Kaisha, Ltd), where roles included Senior Internal Auditor and VDR review consultant, Quality and Safety Superintendent, and Audit and Training Superintendent. Additionally, Ajay Varma held the position of Ship Master at Anglo-Eastern from 2001 to 2005. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Maritime Studies obtained from T.S.
