Michelle Rudman, GMS-T, is a seasoned professional in Human Resources and immigration processes, currently serving as the Global HR Operations Support Manager at The Nature Conservancy since February 2017. In this role, Michelle leads strategic initiatives and projects across various HR operations functions, including Global Mobility and Global Compensation. Previously, Michelle worked as a Global Mobility Specialist at The Nature Conservancy, focusing on global assignments and immigration processes. Prior experience includes immigration paralegal positions at both the Law Offices of Rakesh Mehrotra and Fragomen, where responsibilities included preparing and filing visa petitions.
