Lisa McDonald currently serves as a People Officer at the National Trust for Scotland, with responsibilities including promoting self-service products for people management and providing front-line support for inquiries. Prior to this role, Lisa worked as a Human Resources Administrator at Robertson Group and TClarke, where coordination of HR queries, recruitment processes, and onboarding were key duties.
