Micah Jarrett is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client success and relationship management. Currently serving as the Client Success Manager at The National Society of Leadership and Success since May 2021, Micah executes campus programming implementation and contract negotiations while overseeing program leadership recruitment and training. Prior roles include Senior Coordinator of Transfer Admissions at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington from September 2016 to May 2021, Site Manager at Central Oceans from September 2014 to May 2015, and Senior Account Manager at Castle Branch, Inc. from July 2013 to September 2014. Micah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from the University of North Carolina Wilmington, earned in 2013, and has previous education from Wake Forest University.
