Catherine Austen CMgr MCMI is currently the Deputy General Manager at The National Museum of the Royal Navy. Prior to this, Catherine held the position of General Manager at The Queens Hotel Portsmouth. With a background in retail management at companies such as Next Group PLC and Primark, Catherine has extensive experience in staff management, operational troubleshooting, and driving sales performance. Catherine is a Level 5 Chartered Manager in Leadership and Management from the Chartered Management Institute.
