Hannah Burson currently serves as the SENCO & Education Lead at National Fostering Group, a position held since February 2023. Previously, from June 2021 to February 2023, Hannah worked as an Employment Coach at ThinkForward UK. Between March 2013 and May 2021, leadership roles included Head of Post-16 Provisions at RIVERMEAD INCLUSIVE TRUST, where strategic leadership focused on supporting learners with complex additional needs, as well as Interim Head of Post-16, Deputy Head Of Provision, and Sixth Form Lead. Additional experience includes a role as NCS Media Coordinator for Medway Youth Trust and working as a Science Teacher at Greenacre Academy. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Exeter, obtained from 2006 to 2009, along with attendance at Chatham Grammar School for Girls from 1999 to 2006.
