Michelle Hoffmann has a diverse work experience in the field of arts education. Michelle began their career at the Washington National Opera as a Manager for School Programs and Professional Development. From there, they joined the DC Arts & Humanities Education Collaborative as a Program Manager. After that, they worked at VSA as an Artist Services Coordinator. In 2012, Michelle joined Washington Performing Arts as the Director of Education & Community Engagement. Currently, they hold the position of Arts Education Director at the National Endowment for the Arts.
Michelle Hoffmann completed their Bachelor of Music degree in Flute Performance at Duquesne University from 1995 to 1999.
