Maria Grafström is a seasoned researcher and academic, currently serving as a Forskningsledare at Statens institutionsstyrelse since September 2022. With a robust background in organizational research, Maria has been a Research Fellow and Postdoc Research Fellow at the Stockholm Centre for Organizational Research (SCORE) since July 2012 and April 2013, respectively. Maria has also held a Visiting Research Scholar position at Stanford University's SCANCOR since January 2018, and contributes as a Research Consultant at TNS SIFO. In addition to these roles, Maria is a Docent and associated researcher at Uppsala University’s Department of Business Studies. Previous academic engagements include visiting positions at the Australian School of Business and the Stockholm School of Economics. Maria's academic credentials include a PhD in Business Studies from Uppsala University and a Master’s degree in Business Studies and German from the same institution.
