Diane Cuttell currently serves as the Director of Insurance Operations at The Mutual Group, a position held since June 2024, with a focus on operations for GuideOne Insurance and future members of The Mutual Group. Prior to this role, Diane amassed extensive experience at GuideOne Insurance from October 1999 to June 2024, holding various leadership positions, including Director of Insurance Operations, Operations Manager, and Commercial Lines Manager II, while specializing in the Southeast region's religious organizations. Previous roles include Major Accounts Underwriter and Multi-Line Underwriter, with foundational experience as an Underwriting Specialist at KVI from March 1996 to October 1999. Diane holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Northern Iowa, earned between 1991 and 1995.
