Iulian Mihai Costache is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in the gaming industry, currently serving as a Principal Software Engineer at The Multiplayer Group since July 2022. Previously, Iulian held various roles at Ubisoft Bucharest from October 2015 to July 2022, including Programming Technical Director and Lead Gameplay Programmer, contributing to titles such as Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Breakpoint and Wildlands. Prior experience includes serving as Lead Gameplay Programmer at FUN labs from June 2007 to September 2015, where Iulian worked on games like Men In Black: Alien Crisis and Cabela's African Adventures, as well as roles as a Gameplay Programmer and Junior Gameplay Programmer on multiple other titles. Iulian Mihai Costache holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Titu Maiorescu University and has foundational education from Politechnica University of Bucharest and Alexandru Vlahuta High School.
