Reyhan Sinha has a wide range of work experience, beginning in 2017 as a Research Assistant at the Image-Guided Drug Delivery Lab at The University of Texas at Dallas. In 2018, they interned with Fundacion Chacras de Buenos Aires, helping to organize an environmental education workshop and assisting with website overhaul and day-to-day events. In 2019, they were a Campaign Fellow for Colin Allred for Congress, where they were responsible for donor research, de-duplication, assisting with call time, and other general activities. Reyhan also served as a District Intern for Rep. Colin Allred in the US House of Representatives, where they assisted staff with casework, recording opinions with Internet Quorum (IQ), and measuring social media metrics. In 2020, they were a Data Coordinator for Texas Freedom Network, managing organizational data and administering digital outreach and organizing tools. Reyhan also worked as a Campaign Intern for Lulu for Texas, where they focused on donor research to help campaign fundraising efforts. Later that year, they were a Campaign Technology Specialist for Bluebonnet Data, assisting staff in running the Campaign Tech Fellowship and managing the planning and execution of the campaign tools training program. In 2022, they became a Data & Technology Strategist for The Movement Cooperative and a Data Projects Manager for State Voices.
