Mckenzie Campbell Davies is an experienced professional currently serving as the Associate Director of Member Engagement and previously as the Annual Giving Manager at The Mountaineers since December 2021. Mckenzie is also a Climbing Instructor at Edgeworks Climbing + Fitness, focusing on safety and inclusivity in climbing education. Prior experience includes working as an Outreach Specialist at World Relief Seattle, where Mckenzie supported communications and fundraising initiatives, and as a Customer Service Representative at Argosy Cruises, managing diverse teams in a fast-paced environment. Additional roles include campaign management at Rwanda Partners and accounting assistance at Agros International, along with tutoring middle school students. Mckenzie holds a B.A. in Global Development Studies with minors in Spanish and Business Administration from Seattle Pacific University.
