Anderson Batista de Lima has extensive experience in IT management, currently serving as IT Business Partner Manager and previously as IT Application Manager at The Mosaic Company since January 2018. Prior to this role, Anderson held various positions at Vale from November 2009 to December 2017, including IT Application & Infrastructure Manager and IT Application Manager. Anderson began in the field as an IT Business Analyst at Fosfertil (September 2003 - October 2009) and completed a trainee program at Ultrafertil (August 2002 - July 2003). Anderson's educational background includes multiple degrees from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, including a postgraduate degree in Competitive Innovation, Project Management, and IT Management, as well as an MBA in Strategic Business Administration from Universidade Católica de Santos and a Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Trade from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná.
