Norma Salinas has a diverse work experience starting from 2009 to present. Norma worked as a Payroll Specialist at Jessie's Food Store and meat Market from July 2009 to October 2011, where they performed daily payroll operations and ensured accurate and timely processing of timesheets. From 2011 to 2014, they ventured into network marketing as a Network Marketing Entrepreneur for Organogold, where they owned their own business, built relationships, duplicated sales, and contacted potential customers. In 2014, they took on the role of Managerial Deputy at Grimm and Gorly, where they assisted clientele in person and via phone, ensured compliance with record-keeping systems, and provided light technical support. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as an Assistant Project Manager at BE&K Building Group, managing project accounting functions, communicating with subcontractors, and ensuring completion of project documents. Currently, they are a Project Engineer at The Morganti Group, Inc, starting in August 2018. In this role, they are responsible for maintaining project budgets, ensuring code compliance, and managing project documentation.
