As City Partner in Houston, TX, Nick is responsible for all development activities, including sourcing new investment opportunities, planning and design.

Prior to joining MĀÜĄņĀŅĀ×AN in July 2018, Nick served as Vice President in Wells Fargoā€™s Real Estate Banking Group, which provides a broad range of financial products to experienced commercial real estate developers. During his career, Nick held positions in Owned Real Estate, CMBS origination & underwriting, tax credit, institutional client, portfolio management & defeasance groups.

Nick holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from St. Lawrence University and is a former member of the Urban Land Institute and NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association.
