Amy McKell has a strong background in accounting, human resources, and finance. Amy most recently worked at The Morel Company, starting in December 2018 as an Accounting and Human Resource Manager before becoming Controller and Director of HR in August 2021. Prior to that, they were a Financial Analyst at Gilead Farms LLC starting in January 2015. Amy also held various roles at other companies, including Notary Public at American Notary Service starting in May 2017, Sales Consultant at Norwex from July 2017 to December 2021, and Controller at Ag Production Enterprises Inc from November 2003 to November 2018. Amy's early career experience includes working as an Independent Consultant at The Longaberger Company from March 2008 to March 2012 and as a Staff Accountant Intern at Veros Partners in 2002.

Amy McKell attended Batesville High School from 1995 to 1998, where they received an Indiana Honors degree. Amy then pursued higher education at Franklin College from 1998 to 2002, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting.
