Priscilla Dominguez serves as the Director of Corporate Sales & Marketing at The Monument since March 2018. Prior to this role, Priscilla was the Guest Service & Premium Seating Manager at Rushmore Plaza Civic Center from February 2012 to March 2018. Earlier in their career, Priscilla gained valuable experience in rodeo operations with Smith Pro Rodeos from April 2007 to February 2012, a company known for being the largest producer of professional rodeos in the PRCA and recognized as an eight-time PRCA Stock Contractor of the Year. Priscilla also worked as the PROCOM Manager for the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association from January 2005 to April 2007, where responsibilities included managing a multi-million dollar budget and coordinating over 650 rodeos annually. Priscilla is an alumnus of the University of Colorado Colorado Springs.
