Ben de Castella has a diverse work experience that spans various roles within the advertising and marketing industry. Ben is currently working as a Business Strategy Director at The Monkeys since September 2021. Prior to this, they served as a Group Strategy Director at VCCP for seven years, where they led strategic planning for clients and helped the agency win the Campaign Integrated Agency of the Year award in 2020. Before VCCP, Ben worked at Digitas as a Strategic Planning Director, where they introduced strategic planning to the Hong Kong office and led strategy for clients across Asia Pacific. Ben also had experience as a Senior Strategic Planner at Razorfish ANZ and a Strategic Marketing Consultant at KAE. Ben started their career as an Editoral Intern at Chatham House and later held roles at Williams Media and URF - University Radio Falmer, where they served as Station Manager and was responsible for various aspects of running the student radio station. Ben de Castella completed a Mini MBA in Marketing from Marketing Week in 2023. Ben also holds a BA in International Relations from the University of Sussex, which they obtained between 2001 and 2005.
