Eilalyn Rompe possesses extensive experience in operations management within the restaurant industry. Currently serving as a Junior Operations Manager at The Moment Group of Restaurants since May 2018, Eilalyn previously held multiple positions at Rufo's Famous Restaurant Systems Inc. and Rufo Famous Franchise Corp from October 2009 to January 2018, including Area Operations Manager and Operations Group Manager, where responsibilities included managing company-owned and franchised stores and acting as both franchise and operations coordinator. Eilalyn holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a major in Marketing from Polytechnic University of the Philippines and a Master of Business Administration from José Rizal University.
