Leah Farrell is currently the Manager of Strategic Sourcing - Talent Services at The Mom Project. Leah has successfully built and managed teams that have exceeded hiring goals and established strong partnerships with companies like Accenture and Amazon Prime. Prior to their current role, Leah held various recruiting and relationship management positions at companies like MedStar Health, Allegis Global Solutions, and TEKsystems. Leah has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.
