The Mom Project Career Pause at The Mom Project

Jessica Tunde has a diverse work experience that spans over several industries. Jessica started their career as a Research Assistant at the University of Pennsylvania, where they collaborated on a smoking cessation study. Jessica then worked as a Treatment Specialist at St. Joseph's Villa before transitioning to Rainbow Station, Inc. as a Director in their Village Program. In this role, they oversaw various operational and personnel responsibilities. After that, they worked at Enterprise Rent-A-Car as a Sales Management Trainee, where they gained experience in sales, marketing, customer service, operations, and finance. Jessica later joined Univar as an Account Representative, where they built and maintained customer relationships and served as a resource to customers. Jessica's most recent position was with The Mom Project, where they took a career pause.

Jessica Tunde has a strong educational background in the field of mental health counseling. Jessica obtained their Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from James Madison University, where they studied from 2008 to 2011. Prior to this, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Developmental Psychology at McMaster University, where they studied from 2003 to 2007.

In addition to their academic achievements, Jessica has also obtained certifications in various areas. In 2015, they received certification in 1st Aid and CPR from the American Heart Association and the American Stroke Association. This was followed by their completion of the Medication Administration Training Program offered by the Virginia Department of Social Services in 2014.
