Alexis Schelp currently serves as the Senior Director of Enterprise & Product Sales at The Mom Project, a position held since May 2024, focusing on facilitating women's participation in the workforce through flexible job opportunities. Prior to this role, Alexis was the Director of Business Development at Navitas Partners, LLC from January 2024 to May 2024 and held various leadership positions at Hays from January 2021 to November 2023, including Director and Associate Director of Enterprise Solutions, where responsibilities included managing enterprise account portfolios and client relationships. Additionally, Alexis served as the Director of MSP National Accounts at GDH from January 2014 to December 2020, overseeing MSP initiatives and partnerships. Other roles included MSP Delivery Manager, Team Lead, and Recruiting Lead, with an entrepreneurial background as the Owner of Hollex Avenue from 2010 to 2018. Alexis holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a Chemistry minor from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and an Associate of Arts from Johnson County Community College.
