Anthony Klein is an experienced Executive Steward at THE MODERN HONOLULU, serving since August 2010. Responsibilities include ensuring adherence to health and sanitation standards, coaching culinary team members, and managing staffing for banquet setup and breakdown. Prior to this role, Anthony served as an E-6 in the U.S. Marines from January 1996 to May 2003. Education includes a high school diploma and training in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from East Clarendon High, completed in 1996.
