Sierra S. Rogers is a dedicated professional in youth programs and social services, currently serving as the Director of Youth Programs at The Mockingbird Society since June 2024. Prior experience includes the role of Deputy Project Administrator at Bitfocus, where efforts were focused on enhancing technology solutions for social challenges, particularly homelessness. Sierra has also worked with the Washington State Department of Commerce in various capacities, including Youth 4 Youth Member and Youth Lead Specialist, developing equitable tools for youth homelessness service providers. Previous positions include Outreach & Engagement Manager at The Mockingbird Society and Youth Programs Client Advocate at Hopesource, where support and advocacy for at-risk youth were prioritized. Educational background includes studies at Central Washington University and Yakima Valley College, where an Associate of Arts in Cinematography and Film/Video Production was earned.
