D. Roy Serventi is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Zephyr Group, Inc. since May 2018, Serventi oversees a bioscience formulary development group that specializes in plant-based ingredients and innovative delivery technologies. Additionally, Serventi has been President and CEO of The Miramar Group since September 1996, focusing on investment and merchant banking for lower middle-market companies, particularly in the Hispanic market. Previous experience includes founding Infinity Systems International and launching the first cross-border gift card between the US and Mexico, serving as Managing Director at Windstone Capital Partners, and acting as an Executive Consultant at Wedbush Morgan Securities.
