Jackie (Jax) Giddy has an extensive career in the hospitality industry, primarily in bartending roles. Starting as a barback at Excalibur Hotel & Casino from March 2001 to March 2002, Jackie quickly advanced to lead bartender at Monteray Bay Fish Grotto from September 1998 to February 2001. Following this, Jackie worked at Paris Casino's Risque Nightclub from February 2003 to January 2010, before joining The Mirage in June 2002, where Jackie has been a bartender ever since. Jackie holds an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management from the Community College of Allegheny County, completed between 1996 and 1998, and is a graduate of Oakland Catholic High School, attending from 1991 to 1995.
