Alyssa Thelen is an experienced professional in talent development and recruitment, currently serving on the People Team at Gusto since September 2024. Previously, Alyssa held the role of Learning Group Leader at Tandem from July 2022 to September 2024, where leadership training was a key focus. Alyssa's journey at Gusto began in 2015, where roles included Learning & Development and Recruiting, contributing significantly to building the Gusto Denver office. Prior experience includes a Senior Recruiter position at TubeMogul, Inc., extensive agency recruiting at Betts Recruiting, and a Senior Field Campus Recruiter role at Target Corporation. Alyssa holds a BA in Spanish from the University of Utah and previously attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
