Dee P. worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at The Millennium Group, starting in July 2022. Their role focused on full cycle Recruiting/Talent Acquisitions, with an emphasis on onboarding and compliance. They were also passionate about employee relations, diversity, and inclusion. Prior to that, Dee P. worked as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter at Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa from June 2014 to August 2022.

Dee P. completed a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Anthropology from Rutgers University–New Brunswick from 1999 to 2003.
