Nick Staffieri, CMDSM, currently serves as the Director of Operations at The Millennium Group since February 2023. Previously, Nick founded and presided over Staffieri Consulting from 2019 to February 2023, where successful management led to a 100% annual revenue growth for two consecutive years. Prior to this, Nick was the Director of Operations at DOCUXCEL (2018-2019), focusing on performance improvement and customer service for enterprise accounts, and managed P&L statements. Nick's extensive experience dates back to The MCS Group, Inc., where roles included Director of Administrative Services and Senior Operations Manager from 1994 to 2018, contributing significantly to the scaling of the Management Services Division and overseeing talent management initiatives.
