Jason Shapiro is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and project management. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at The Millennium Alliance since December 2014, Jason has honed expertise in business transformation and executive education within a dynamic advisory firm. Prior experience includes roles as Project Director for US Delegates at GDS International and participation in the Management Training Program at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where Jason contributed to significant improvements in sales and customer service. Jason also has a background as an Account Executive at AT&T, leading a sales team and excelling in direct sales efforts. Educationally, Jason holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Georgia State University’s J. Mack Robinson College of Business, obtained between 2009 and 2011.
