Cathy Boyle is an experienced professional currently serving as the Director of Support Services at The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society since 2007, where Cathy manages the support services helpdesk for participants and donors and oversees an inbound and outbound sales call center. Cathy’s prior experience includes a decade as a faculty member at the University of Phoenix, teaching various subjects related to critical thinking, management, and marketing. Additionally, Cathy held roles at Discover Financial Services, first as a Telecom Manager leading a significant project to transition call centers to Avaya ACD, and previously as a Helpdesk Manager overseeing a high volume of support calls. Cathy holds a Master's in Education, a Master's in Organizational Management, and dual bachelor's degrees in Business Management and Business Information Systems, all earned from the University of Phoenix.
