Mark Donahue is a Senior Associate Attorney at the Defense Health Agency, where responsibilities include serving as lead counsel for various TRICARE programs, including the Dental Program and the Appeals process. Donahue's extensive legal career spans roles within the Air National Guard, including Colonel positions as the State Staff Judge Advocate and advisor to the Air Force Space Command Judge Advocate. Earlier experience includes positions as a Major and Captain in the United States Air Force, focusing on space operations and missile warning systems. Donahue holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Denver, a Master of Science in National Security Strategy from the National War College, an MBA from Regis University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from San Diego State University.
